Event Planner in Marrakech

    Being an event planner in Marrakech is one of the most fun jobs ever. Not only do we get to live in one of the most beautiful, crazy and spiritual places on earth, but we also get to organise some of the wildest parties in it.

    Being an event planner involves a few skills, which we as a team have in spades. Here are a few of the type of traits you need to be a successful event planner in Marrakech - and anywhere else, for that matter.

    A people’s person

    To work as a successful planner means being able to pull emergency favours at the eleventh hour. This means you not only have to know a lot of people, you have to have the type of friendships with them where they would want to help you out of a sticky situation.

    Our business is made up of not only those of us on the payroll, but also the florists, lighting techs, sound engineers, caterers, musicians and a million other creatives that we know and love. Thanks to these guys, our events have been an enormous success time after time.


    This goes without saying - if you have the weight of organising someone’s event on your shoulders, you need to be VERY organised. This means being on time, being reliable and making a note of everything. We have notebooks and laptops, charts, whiteboards, dictaphones and files on pretty much everything.

    For us, being organised is a way of life!


    We guess you need to be a perfectionist to be a party planner in Marrakech. The vision/theme/idea of party needs to be followed to the letter, so dumping some balloons, sorting a buffet out and ringing a band to perform doesn’t really leave a lasting impression on a client.

    The devil is in the detail. Our events are known for hidden surprises, little flourishes and unexpected elements. These are normally a small indicator which show how much work has gone in behind the scenes. We’ll make sure everything from your glassware to the lighting is perfect for your specific event.

    It takes a lot to pull off the perfect party. Luckily, we couldn’t think of anything we would rather be doing - event planning is our passion!
